I moved everything over from the 10 gallon today and broke down the 10 gallon. Future quarantine tank now. Everyone is thriving so far in the 40g! Pics tonight.
The clownfish were added along with a bottle of Dr. Tim's One and Only to make sure everything is great a couple days ago. Ammonia barely registering, Nitrite is at 0, Nitrate is around 5. Water cha
I made my screen DIY top tonight. Pretty awesome. Still no ammonia or nitrite. Starting to see nitrate creep up... Im going to give it a couple more days before moving the livestock over from the 1
Ammonia is now gone.. and no nitrites. Im not sure if the cycle has started or if I dumped so much bacteria/live rock in the tank that it may not cycle. Continuing "ghost feeding" for another week.
Started testing for the cycle now. Seems to be a little bit of ammonia. Woohoo! Still considering adding more live rock...
Rearranged the rock work today. Im sure it wont stay the same as I wait either... pics to come when the sand settles.
