Phosphorus calculations.
Max allowable 0.45ppm as orthophosphate or inorganic "normal" phosphate which is the equivalent of 0.45/3.066 as Phosphorus....or 0.148ppm
This is same as 148ppb in Hanna 731

10ml of NOPOX followed by 130 l of NSW then 8 ml NOPOX turned the ph, Alk and NO3 around...whew...!

Sudden rise in PO4, NO3, ALK and pH. Last two due to addition of Salifert buffer. Too severe a change bad mistake. No apparent casualties but pH jumped 8.2 to 8.4 and Alk 2.6 to 4.5meq/l.
PO4 and NO3 rises likely due to bad feeding timing where waste food left as after lights out. Adjusted light and feed times. Dosed with 9mls NOPOX and increased amount in topup bin to same rate.Better feeding and more NOPOX required.
Partial water change with NSW tomorrow to soften pH and Alk problem.
